I feel so lucky that the guys at @wellandgoodfoods keep releasing new products that they want animated. . And the image on the package? ROTATE SCREEN . Exhausted but very happy with how ROTATE SCREEN . Exhausted but very happy with how this recent video for @meltiquebeefaustralia1984 turned out ☺️ . These kinds of videos are always such marathons. This one took me 5 days... Not complaining, just explaining, because often people are surprised that a 30sec food video can take this long to produce. When you do everything by yourself, you have to wear and constantly switch between a lot of hats: story writing, shot and transition planning, cooking, hand modelling, lighting, filming, music selection, editing and color grading (and hours of clean up in between!) . I sometimes wonder what it would be like to do this in a team, where I'd only be responsible for one role. Would I feel like I'm not in control anymore, or would it be nice to produce something together with other creatives? And which hat would I like to wear? Probably the editor's hat. I feel like that's where a lot of the magic happens. And I would happily give up the hand modelling... gee my hands can look old sometimes! 😉 .
